A Writer's Frustration
There is probably nothing more frustrating to a
writer than spending several hours imagining, planning, typing, and correcting,
only to find that the chapter written doesn’t fit the theme of the rest of the
story. The only thing to do is to cut the unwanted, time-consuming piece from
the manuscript and throw it into the file where all the other deleted chapters
are located. One never knows, maybe someday I can find a place within a different
story, or maybe even the same one, where it won’t be a total waste.
Until Next Time,
